One Israeli killed and four others wounded by a Palestinian policeman in Nablus, occupied West Bank. The dead man was a nephew of Israel's culture minister. The policeman opened fire after identifying suspicious movements. Fundamentalist Jews regularly defy a military ban on entering the shrine of Joseph, which is in Palestinian-controlled territory.
